Great to see this getting exposure, thanks for the link.

TheGreatATuin · 21/03/2022 07:36

Excellent article. I'm pleased there is such increasing exposure of all this

MrsOvertonsWindow · 21/03/2022 08:30

And the Mail have Dominic Lawson highlighting the outrage at all the male sex offenders crimes being attributed to women:

www.dailymail.co.uk/debate/article-10634127/DOMINIC-LAWSON-police-NHS-insist-male-bodied-rapists-women.html

They really are overturning years of "deals behind closed doors" and #nodebate.

happydappy2 · 21/03/2022 08:33

brilliant article! We can all raise awareness in small ways-talking to people, stickering etc

SwissBall · 21/03/2022 08:39

Thanks for the links. On the Dominic Lawson article I enjoyed this comment underneath “Wonder what Emma Watson has to say about this”.

RoyalCorgi · 21/03/2022 08:51

Well done, stickerwoman.

I think newspapers like the Mail are really getting their teeth stuck into this now.

UsernameNotAvailableHmm · 21/03/2022 08:58

My mum just showed me the headline in today's Mail newspaper 'The women mounting an undercover fightback over single-sex spaces' alongside 'I

Loved this article.

GreenClock · 21/03/2022 09:01

Sarah Vine wrote about the rape on a mixed-sex hospital ward over the weekend too.

MayaWasSackedForGCBeliefs · 21/03/2022 09:16

Love this!

Masdintle · 21/03/2022 09:20

Dominic Lawson says men who have had 'dangly bits' removed should be admitted to women's wards because they've suffered so much. No, Mr Lawson, women's rights to single sex spaces are not yours to give away. No thank you.

No thank you.

Lawson needs to talk to Aaronovitch as to why this is disrespectful to women and wholly wrong.

EmbarrassingHadrosaurus · 21/03/2022 09:23

Why do these men who are so late to the debate feel that they have simple, profound insights that need no checking or a quick chat with a woman who has been in this for a while in order to checking their thinking?

So many of us have had our boundaries hardened by these concessions made by men and we're far more hardline than we would have been 20 years ago.

RoyalCorgi · 21/03/2022 09:35

Because they're men.

Strongly agree with this. Good article generally, but I think this gives a very male perspective on perception and risk.
RVN123 · 21/03/2022 09:35

I encourage everyone to leave a comment on this article, people read the comments.
It's all sunlight.

Every voice counts, you may just get through to someone who has never thought about this before.

There are thousands of us out here and we are always happy to have more women join the many women’s groups. Unity is powerful and empowering. 💚🤍💜

DomesticatedZombie · 21/03/2022 13:10

Hooray for stickerwoman.

DifficultBloodyWoman · 22/03/2022 00:36

Stickerwomen of the world unite! We have nothing to lose but our toilets!

Sorry, couldn’t resist.

But thanks to everyone who stickers. I do think it makes people think about the issues, especially when they are in the ladies’ loo and see something on the back of the door!

Ereshkigalangcleg · 22/03/2022 00:50

Great article WineThanks

Slothtoes · 22/03/2022 10:50

I have still only seen one sticker in the wild but it really made my day! Thank you Stickerwims for all that you’re doing.

IcakethereforeIam · 22/03/2022 12:45

I've never seen a sticker for either side, just a few antivax/lockdown. Where's the best place to get them.

Apparently, Manchester Council voted unanimously that twaw yesterday(?). Not been able to find any info. Wonder if it's a reaction to the WPUK meeting?

The world is mad, Guardian...Daily Mail..., the Guardian is now the transDaily Mail.

IcakethereforeIam · 22/03/2022 13:50

Awkwardy
Thank you so much!
I'm scared to look.Sad, I've still not had the courage to ask Alexa what a woman is!

IcakethereforeIam · 22/03/2022 13:57

Same old recycled b.s. Virtue signalling and tribal point scoring. I don't have the stomach for the video, I easily overdose on smug.
