Did anyone see Victoria Cohan Mitchell (I think) bring up the MP's dismal attempt to explain what a woman on The Last Leg yesterday? No detail but bought it to the public's attention.

I gave up on TLL a long time ago; it's just three blokes being smug about how wonderful, woke and right-on they are.

I've listened to that clip from 38 minutes, as instructed.
Adam Hills talked about IWD for about10 seconds and allowed his two female guests to talk about it for approx 100 seconds. No follow-up and AH moved swiftly on to the next topic. Which was pretty appalling, especially considering that it was straight after RAE's joke about pies getting British Pie Week but Women only get International Women's Day. He couldn't be bothered to even pretend that he cared two hoots for women.

Yep. Shame, as I really liked it when it started, but it disappeared up its own arse a while ago.

I did a thread on the Las leg when Adam Hills had a prostrate exam live on telly.

to cut a long story short the whole program he referred to MEN having prostrate cancer, MEN get to your doctors, didn't mention trans women once....

i do not watch the show any more because i don't like the way they laugh at their own jokes..... but it really strikes me that they JUST DON'T MENTION IT...... Graham Lineman was overwhelmingly voted dick of the year a few years ago.... JK Rowling too..... Adam's dog is called Albus Dumbledog.... They KNOW, and they do not mention it.

so it makes me wonder if they really ARE TWAW, because surely if they were they would say so. It is only when someone ISN'T all taken in by TWAW that they stay quiet.....

i noticed the same on Have I got News for you. Ian Hislop edits Private Eye, for God's sake, but they have not mentioned it ONCE..... except one quick time when a question was asked, Paul Merton said 'oh, is it Stonewall,' and the host said no and moved on to the correct answer.
