Women in Westminster 2022 the top 100

This has just come up in my Twitter feed. It's an awful website, slowly scrolling though the nominees as a film, but some good names so far including Rosena Allin-Khan, Kemi Badinoch and Emma Barnett.

If anyone can find an actual list that would be good 😊

Just seen Joanna Cherry on the list too.

The way they've chosen to present the information on that website is about the worst I've ever seen on any mainstream website. That's on a PC, is it functional at all on a phone?

Caroline Nokes is one of the patrons. To say they've used an unflattering photo is a considerable understatement.

I've tried PC and phone and it's crap on both I'm sorry to say. Which is a shame because I'm interested to know whose there.

Disappointed in Therese Coffey so far.

I agree with you, nauticant.

If the good Baroness Jenkin is listening, could she please provide a straightforward accessible list of the 100, instead of the tricksy effort offered up by Dods in 'The House', which is not fit for purpose?

Abitofalark · 07/03/2022 13:02

That link didn't work for me - I had to cut off the part of the url that comes after 'house' to get it to open.

Some dreadful women on the list. Nadine Dorries FFS!

Terfydactyl · 07/03/2022 13:16

Julia HB is on it too.

So far am amazed they've found 100 women. It's rare these days

Somebodyelsestrain · 08/03/2022 18:53

I flicked through the list and I am pretty sure they are all women. Which is frankly amazing and for which I am pathetically grateful.

VladmirsPoutine · 08/03/2022 19:05

I suppose if the idea was to name literally 100 women who are linked to Westminster they've done that. I suppose they might struggle if the idea was to name women who've centred women in their politics.
