Welsh Conservatives are finally getting to grips with things. The MS write in campaign and criticism of the legislation from Merched Cymru is finally paying off.

It looks like the coverage in the Mail prompted the last minute release of the draft guidance which they had been keeping under wraps.

The draft guidance is still full of issues.

The Mail article doesn't even mention the damning views of Leighton Andrews, former Welsh Minster of Education, and Labour MS for 13 years.
