gender neutral toilets

Not sure if this is the right place to post this.

My work are doing a poll (not anonymised) asking how we feel about introducing gender neutral toilets.

I don't want them but I also don't want to make my views known unless anonymised. So I think the majority of results will be scewed towards on side of the debate over others.

Personally, I don’t care I’d a transwoman uses our female toilets but I would care if my male colleagues started using them.

But your trans woman colleague is a male.

OP I wouldn't be happy and I would definitely put my feelings across. Women deserve to have their own safe spaces without men, of any kind.

AFAIK there is no authority.

The poll was sent around with no indication as to why it was being done, no indication as to whether it was anonymous or not.

Flag this with HR or the CEO as it could open a knowledge gap. People may end up disclosing sensitive medical data, or protracted characteristics on any email reply and if HR is given the notice but not collecting/analysing the data they may create a hostile work environment for constructive dismissal case.

One firm I worked for sent an email re a Doctor calling to a few offices as part of a health week some poor sod hit reply all with details of why they needed an appointment 😳

CEO confirmed it was not an authorised poll, person did it off their own back, CEO does not sound happy about and it will be speaking to person concerned.

Sounds like this persons "political" leanings are getting in the way of them just doing their fucking job.
