We've had Coronavirus - We're doomed.
We've had Climate Change - We're doomed.
La Palma volcano triggering a massive Tsunami which is going to wipe out huge tracts of Europe and Eastern America - We're doomed.
Anyone else so sick of this that they're closing their eyes to it all!

Well in certain parts of the world covid and climate change have had absolutely devastating effects.

I wouldn’t worry too much. We’ll all die of bird flu during the long winter after Yellowstone has erupted before the tsunami arrives.

It's always been the same though.

When I was growing up nuclear war was going to kill everyone. It was something that terrified a lot of people and at the time that was an understandable feeling.

Around the world there's been plague, civil war, wars between countries. Genocide, other diseases. Invaders slaughtering, oppressing, enslaving. Famine, drought. Etc etc.

It's nothing new.

I did suggest a method of preventing the Las Palmas tsunami which was to build a beach at the base, but no one wanted to listen.
