AIBU to want a GC language option on websites

I clicked on this website today: www.salcare.org.uk/ and was immediately put off using their service or recommending it to anybody else by their ghastly 'all genders' talk.

In the same way as you can pick which European language you want to use when booking a foreign camp-site, wouldn't it be lovely to have a button in the corner (perhaps a flag in suffragette colours) so that you could toggle over to sensible language and not be assailed by offensive words such as 'cis' or 'cervix havers'.

I love this idea!

That's a winning idea.

Err, no, because the law will still use the actual words!

It might be a tonic to pretend we live in the old world for a while, but if we don't notice the meanings have changed and therefore haven't been able to challenge the erosion of language, we'll switch our filters off one day and realise our sex-based rights have disappeared!

I do agree it's infuriating though.
