Sexist 'boys club' in Police Scotland

There have been several articles on this tribunal in Scottish media in the past few days. Sexism within the police seems to be widespread.

'The culture in an armed policing unit within Police Scotland was "horrific" and an "absolute boys' club", an employment tribunal has found.

It accepted evidence of a "sexist culture" in the armed response vehicles unit (ARV) in the east of Scotland.'

It's not just the Met.

I haven't thought for a moment that it's a culture restricted to the Met. There have been so many revelations about culture and wretched WhatsApp groups and inappropriate behaviour.

Always bad, in a way, to have it confirmed.
