Rapists in women's prisons - looking for links

Hi,

Can anybody point me to links to reports/ stories that confirm that if a man identifies at a women, either they are indeed housed in women's prisons, or politicians do argue that they should be?
I think a female politician argued for something along these lines faily recently, but my mind is (shamefully) drawing a blank.
