How is this happening? Why aren’t companies etc. adhering to the equalities act?

I’ve been following this board for ages and it’s really helped me understand the situation. Thank you hugely to everyone who contributes.

One thing I don’t understand is HOW companies are able to ignore the equalities act?

As far as I understand: EA states sex is a protected characteristic and while a GRA allows you to legally change sex, there are exemptions for single sex spaces.

But if that’s the case, why are there people with penises in women’s prisons? Why are retailers saying use the changing rooms you identify with? etc.

Were they 'trained' by Stonewall?

Reading their bloody awful Policy it looks like it's got Stonewall fingerprints all over it.

This thread in relation sport, on the back of what's come to light in today's report and guidelines, I feel highlights what must be happening in different sectors all over the country.

People know what is happening to women and girls is wrong but are scared, cowed and intimidated by powerful, vengeful, authoritarian lobby groups.

Threats of dismissal, threats of non-selection, don't talk to the investigators, don't speak out if you disagree with policy, write up a policy you don't agree with or understand. Bulling and intimidation, tears, fear, stress.

Because "GC" people are misrepresenting the Act. You are being conned.

Do, please, enlighten us, Drably in which way these "GC" people are misrepresenting the Equality Act 2010.

Do women not see the irony in all of this?

Some demos it’s have lead a campaign of professional victimhood and now are unhappy there is a group with even more victim credit than they want.

These feminists have been telling men who dared to have any views of their own to shut up for decades. Now these exact tactics are being used against them they’re not happy.

When a man can be left pregnant by a rapist, then you can complain about us fighting for women's liberation. When the bodies of men can be hijacked en masse to bear another nation's children, you can snark about "victim credit".
