That really is extremely well explained, and should provide very useful quick reading for many workplaces and situations those with GC beliefs find themselves in.

It's not about a childish: 'my belief wins against your belief and I win' but about grown up tolerance, diversity, and a range of solutions alongside each other that everyone respects so that all needs are met.

But we are still in a legal realm where actual facts are described as a philosophical belief.
