Incredible that the LGBT Action plan includes the following statement
"We will not tolerate hateful comments about a person’s sexual orientation, gender identity, race, religion or disability and any responses that contain hate speech will be passed to the authorities."
We already had little confidence in the consultation process, this astonishing statement does little to reassure us that the Welsh Government are sincere in their efforts to consult with women. The threat contained with it is chilling, and may serve to put some off responding.
It won't silence us.
