"Culture war" is "just a domestic" for politics. Not getting involved, as bad as each other, tempestuous relationship blah blah blah.

That is a fantastic point. David Lanny MP some out against the culture war term too, last year. I wish more people would.

She really does! I find her totally awesome. When I struggle to articulate my thoughts (to myself!), I read her words and they crystalise.

I admire her fluency and craft.

My writing has been ruined by years of contorting it to the demands of various bodies and publication styles.
