When you think about it, it’s actually rather brilliant. Who else could pull something like that off? Or of course it’s just flipping sinister...

The international coordination of LGBT Police organisations to shape policy is very worrying. Participants in the podcast do not seem to have any awareness that lobbying for legislative change in your capacity as a police officer is a breach of ethics and the absence of anyone taking responsibility for the official Twitter account is deeply concerning.

If the government is paying your wages then I think the public have a right to expect you to keep your political views to yourself.

I hope this report gets some media attention.

Do we know if it has been sent to all PCC's?

That was a chilling read - to see a police organisation so clearly involved in pushing a political agenda - and frightening that it's such an anti women agenda.

Excellent time to release the report though

So many comparisons to fascists and right wing directed our way, but do you know one of the main ways the Nazis gained control in the Weimar Republic? By ideologically infiltrating the police and the military, getting them to target their ideological opponents and turning them into a tool for state repression.
