I wonder if anyone is thinking of using the Police and Crime Commissioner elections in May as a way of raising women's concerns?
I am not really sure how it works or rather I think I am not totally sure what role the Police and Crime Commissioner plays in relation to say how police handle rape investigations or reports of domestic violence.
Has anyone got engaged with this?
