Worth a read.

We regard it as a fundamental human right that a private female citizen, when confronted by a demand to share intimate services or spaces made by an individual whom she perceives as a male, is able to assert her right to withhold consent and not be victimised for doing so.

This. In a nutshell. Key issue brilliantly encapsulated.

Have not yet got any further, but I want that on hats, t shirts, on every MP's desk and painted in large letters on bridges.

Thanks OP

It's an excellent article and important work as it tackles the stuff that is being pushed through under the radar by the Future of Legal Gender group and other researchers.

Twitter has suspended Alessandra Asteriti's account, quelle surprise.

Thanks, OP, great article, pointing out lots of the logical inconsistencies in the TRAs' arguments.

Well done, Rebecca and Alessandro. Keep on going for women and girls everywhere...

Fantastic.

Phew, can't get clearer than that. Great read. Men can deny and obfuscate male violence all they like, women have too many memories and too much experience to ignore it.
