It was Cherie Blair, but the article started by referring to the Fawcett Society. Apparently today is Equal Pay Day 2020 and they have a report out. (There's been a lot of "Day"s going on this week ...)

Cherie certainly talked a lot of sense. The Fawcett Society didn't get mentioned past the intro and I've lost faith in them so won't bother reading it. It's too much like hard work when you have to keep reminding yourself that their definition of certain words is not the same as mine.
