just a quick one - I must get some work done. Just wanted to share this from Ann Sinnott re. a group of UK barristers and solicitors (apparently including a Stonewall Champion) saying that sex is real and self-id is a bad idea. (sorry if I have cross posted with anyone, I've had a quick look but couldn't find anything)

Now that is interesting. Signatures from Pinsent Masons. Pinsent Masons have been Stonewall's no.1 employer of the year a number of times, they are the 2019 reigning champion, in fact. It is also the firm that counts outgoing ECHR Chair - and former Stonewall Chair - David Isaac as a senior partner.

Lawyers will go whatever direction the lawyers think there will be money on it for lawyers. They really are....👿

I think this is individual female lawyers putting their head above the parapet, rather than a corporate led volte face. It's a pretty brave move if you work at that firm.
