Did anyone hear this today?
It was Jenny Murray's final one so the program was a sort of overview of her many years presenting the program.

I didn't catch all of it (had it on in the background) but the (almost) final words Jenny Murray spoke as she closed the program were great. I am really surprised at how moving I found them. Such a simple truth.

Go on. What were they?!

I thought that too! Can't remember the exact words but something along the lines of there being many gender stereotypes for women but that we all share a sex. Yes ✊ to Jenni Murray!

About how diverse women are, how there is no single stereotype that defines pur gender, but we are all united by our sex.
