Law Commission recommends that hate crime legislation should protect women

I hope this link works. On the one hand, great that women might get additional protection. However, it is Interesting that it states this would protect both sex and gender so it could have implications. If you recall, Posie Parker was arrested for a hate crime but none could be made out... if women and by extension gender become a characteristic under hate crime legislation perhaps the outcome might have been different.

*oops, transgender people are already protected under hate crime legislation... so it can only be a good thing for women!

In Australia several states have pushed through selfID. Now genderists are making complaints of discrimination and winning payouts against women. One got $10,000 a week ago and a female member of parliament has been called before any discrimination tribunal because she said it’s not fair that men are being allowed to play women’s sports.
