It's got gender identity and transgender status, but not sex.
Worth me contacting them to remind them of the Equality Act, do you think?

From that I'd infer they do very clearly discriminate on the basis of sex...

Gender identity AND transgender status??!!! The most discriminated and vulnerable group ever has two inclusions - both of which are not protected characteristics. Gender reassignment and sex are.

I think it’s important to reiterate the actual list - otherwise by definition and legally, they are being discriminatory.

I don't think there's anything wrong with them specifying more categories - that's their own policy, they're not claiming it's anything that it isn't.

I think some muppet has replaced sex with gender identity, because some muppet doesn't understand that the law isn't a creative exercise, where you can amend at will.

Becoming way too common. Fair enough add in extra bits you care about not discriminating based on, but the wholesale removal of sex...fucking annoying. Its one of the protected characteristics, whether you like it or not..
