Writing to employer about mis-representing the Equalities Act. What did you actually write??

I’ve seen lots of you have had great success in pointing out to employers and others that they are misrepresenting the 2010 Act. This is a plea for anyone to share what they have written to help me do the same.

An employer I work for part-time has the following note on a recent job advert:
Equality Diversity and Inclusion
In accordance with the Equality Act, we welcome applications from anyone who meets the specific criteria of the post regardless of age, disability, ethnicity, gender reassignment, marital or civil partnership status, pregnancy, religion or belief or sexual orientation. Reasonable adjustments are available to support candidates through the application and interview process.

Sex is not included at all!! Not even mangled with 'gender', and yet they say they are writing ‘in accordance with the Equality’s Act’. I think this is wrong and should be corrected.

I’m trying to psych myself up to writing and pointing this out. I'd love to see text people have used in similar situations. Please share if you feel able! Thanks in advance.
