Been thinking of her. I remember reading she was ostracised at university because of her beliefs. That must have been tough.

To me her life is a reminder that our time is too short not to live authentically. I am out on FB now. It feels isolating sometimes. But I sometimes remember brave souls who have passed on, but who spoke truth while they could. There will be young women now, scared to speak, but watching her stuff and knowing that she saw through the lies and BS. Glass raised.

She opened my eyes. She still needles at me. She asks us to be brave, and while I am active I am no way near brave enough.

Watching Magdalen’s videos was what made me want to find out what the hell she was talking about as it all just seemed so crazy. Oh, how ill prepared I was at how many worm holes I would disappear down and how many questions I would have. She just communicated really well.

Magdalen was a proper warrior woman and she left a huge space for us to fill.
