Exposed: BC Gender Therapist-Censored

This is a censored version of a video I previously posted about a British Columbian gender therapist who advocates children "pulling a stunt" such as a suicide attempt in order to get the treatment the child wants. This doctor notes that up to 98% of children with gender dysphoria do not grow up to be transgender but then claims to be able to identify which children are "authentically transgender" even though there is no assessment to determine if a child is "authentically transgender."
The reason for censoring this video is a court gag order restricting dissemination of information about this doctor if it has identifying information by some citizens in Canada.

A mother tells her difficult story of estrangement from her son after a divorce. She discusses how difficult it is for divorced parents when one is affirming a child in behavior the other parent doesn't think is healthy for the child. She also discusses how the transgender movement often encourages children to bully family members to get them to "comply" with an identity and how difficult this can be on younger siblings.
"Transgender" Is An Identity Not A Diagnosis (Dr Ken Zucker interview)

As a child, I could have been a patient of Dr. Ken Zucker. Today I interviewed him in an attempt to understand how the therapeutic approach to working with "trans" kids has changed so dramatically since I was one. Dr. Zucker shares his insights from a lifetime of work and research with children suffering from gender dysphoria. He notes that gender dysphoria is a mental health diagnosis and that transgender is an identity. He also acknowledges that mental health care for those with gender dysphoria has become politicized in a way that influences the care of vulnerable children.
I also want to note that Dr. Zucker minimized what was a violent and terrifying sexual assault by two men with knives. This is concerning. Children who are sexually assaulted are changed for life and increasingly those with gender dysphoria are linking it back to childhood trauma.
The Cult of Transgender: Like Mother Like Daughter

After a trauma and struggling with serious depression, Andrea took to the idea that she was transgender. The idea of a man was liberating for her, to be strong, to be powerful, to be the father her children didn't have. After a year on testosterone, she realized it was a mistake, however shortly thereafter her daughter announced she was transgender. With her insights from her own excursion into a trans identity, Andrea is fighting to protect her daughter from the damaging effects of testosterone. She tells of how she was hounded by the gender doctor to bring her daughter in for testosterone treatments and how her daughter's school adopted her daughter's male name and pronouns and even let her daughter change in the boy's locker room without Andrea's knowledge or consent.
Wallace Wong: Exposed

It is unbelievable that psychologists Wallace Wong is allowed to see vulnerable children at his clinic. He admits that the vast majority of children with gender confusion will outgrow it and that there is no way to diagnose transgender children, yet he enthusiastically encourages children to identify as transgender. As Robert Hoogland fought to stop his daughter from being given testosterone that will irreversibly harm her body, Wallace Wong testified that she would benefit from this dangerous treatment and that she was capable of providing medical consent. I urge you to support Rob in his efforts to save his daughter from further harm and to bring Wallace Wong to justice.
Jenn Smith who is calling for a national inquiry into what is happening at gender clinics wanted me to make sure to include this because Wong has a reputation for being litigious...
It is possible that Wallace Wong say Rob Hoogland's daughter more than twice, but the court report shows that he saw her twice for assessment before referring her to the children's hospital for medical transitioning. Though he might have given her tests, there is not test for transgenderism and no way a doctor can tell if a child is going to maintain a transgender identity throughout adulthood.

The Harmful Impact of Therapy Bans

This is an edited version of a video I posted in April where the volume was too low.
Before I understood the harmful impact of conversion therapy bans, I was a strong supporter. The idea of someone being tortured or shamed because of their same sex attraction was horrifying to me. But then I found out that these bans also prevent therapists from helping those who develop a trans identity as a coping mechanism, often after a sexual assault or other trauma, from getting the therapy they need. Instead, therapists have to affirm the self-hatred and shame that causes a child to develop a transgender identity. As someone who benefited from the very therapy that is now banned in many states, I am deeply concerned for our children. Children who are now told that their self-hatred is appropriate by therapists. Therapists often are now legislatively mandated to approve a child's desire to start invasive and harmful medical interventions to change their external appearance in an attempt to run away from themselves. Conversion therapy bans are not what most people think they are. Rather than helping, they are harming vulnerable children.
A Moratorium on Medically Transitioning Children and A National Inquiry (Jenn Smith interview)

Jenn Smith, an activist for children's rights, shares his deep concerns about the explosion of children being medically transitioned. Jenn grew up in foster care and was alarmed at hearing rumors of the high number of children in foster care being medically transitioned. Jenn shares his story of being a transgender child in the foster care and why he is so concerned about the dangerous treatments given to trans identified children. He is petitioning the Canadian government for a moratorium on all medical transitioning of children and a national inquiry.

Troy Weber-Brown is a therapist who works with children. His advocates a "re-parenting" approach to therapy where he identifies all the ways a child has been "abused" and then affirms the child and ultimately "restructures" the child's reality. He represents a growing trend in therapy whereby parents and other caring adults in a child's life are vilified and he becomes the therapist becomes the surrogate parent.
