Bernadette Hyland has reviewed two novels by Kate Hunter, The Case Room lipsticksocialist.wordpress.com/2018/02/04/my-review-of-the-caseroom-by-kate-hunter/ and Common Cause, lipsticksocialist.wordpress.com/2019/06/27/my-review-of-common-cause-by-kate-hunter/ Both novels are set in Edinburgh in late C19th/early C20th amongst women working as typesetters. Thanks for the recommendation! I don't usually read historical fiction, other than Mantel, but these look really interesting.
