I genuinely cannot decide which one is the most stupid / irresponsible / mad / disingenuous / etc, and this doesn't even include the absurd comments on this issue from the likes of Angela Rayner, Emily Thornberry, Rosena Allin-Khan and several others.

All I know is that it will be a long time before I vote for this party again.

Rebecca Long Bailey denying she called anyone a 'hate group ' when she signed a pledge asserting precisely that is a strong contender. But the competition is stiff. These fruit loops are supposed to be serious politicians vying to be leader of the opposition. If you didn't laugh, you would have to cry. Morally bankrupt and beyond parody.

ThePurported · 18/02/2020 14:45

What Nandy and Butler are saying is consistent with gender ideology and Labour's policy on self ID.
LRM and RLB are mostly thick it seems - or dishonest.
I hope all four leave politics asap.

ThinEndoftheWedge · 18/02/2020 14:47

Billboard campaign?!

jadefinch · 18/02/2020 15:15

Looking through LRM and Dawn Butler's tweets - they're both illiterate.

LRM studied 'Peace Studies' at the University of Bradford. While they don't have a great academic reputation, I'd be embarrassed if I worked there. Didn't he also defend Jess Bradley when the latter was caught waving their penis outside a school?

Good grief. What is that gibberish? I heard a snippet of him repeatedly interrupting and talking nonsense over Professor Selina Todd. He is dire and his thoughts incoherent.

jadefinch · 18/02/2020 19:17

Now another Labour MP has said that 'transphobes' must be educated and if they don't 'respond to education' they must be 'expelled'.

Meanwhile a group of Labour MPs have made this powerful message for trans rights

Jesus, Nadia Whittome sounds like Hitler youth. Round em up for re-education?! Is a member of parliament actually suggesting that or have I nodded off while watching 'Handmaids Tale'? She's 23. Jesus.

Kantastic · 18/02/2020 19:52

The GC responses to Whittome are great, but my favourite response to her is this, chastising her for not supporting trans people enough:

UpfieldHatesWomen · 18/02/2020 19:54

Yes, I noticed that. Nothing but complete capitulation to every demand is ever enough, is it?

FFSFFSFFS · 18/02/2020 22:10

Is it transphobic to say that there are three pictures of women and one picture of a man?

MoleSmokes · 20/02/2020 14:27

Some more of the nonsense Lloyd Russell-Moyes frothed - in Twitter thread about Selina Todd's stunning performance on BBC2 Politics Live Grin

And this!! Tag-Team Word Wrestling?

Ah ha! I have finally spotted the difference between men and women. Men lean over when being interviewed. Amirite?
