It would be great to collect together all in one place the posts from women at the WPUK/UCL Women's Liberation conference. I'm sitting on my hotel bed with my laptop, and about to have breakfast. Waiting to set up and see lots of you - come and say hello!

Maya's speech from Women's Liberation 2020 is now available on YouTube and it's a corker.

Also Pragna Patel's speech has been uploaded, she's an inspiring speaker and it was fascinating to realise how women all over the world have had enough are fighting back against the institutionalised misogyny in different ways.

I am grateful that these speeches are being made publicly available. Firstly for people like me, who wanted to be there but are unable to travel, and secondly, because next time a deluded soul tells me that Maya is hateful, and these women's rights meetings are "fundamentalist, right wing hate rallies" I can direct them to the videos and tell them to "educate themselves".

Loved the atmosphere in the room during the opening speeches - the sense of solidarity and warmth were palpable and it was quite overwhelming (in a good way) to be in such a supportive female (or nearly all-female) space.

It was amazing to finally meet women I'd spent years talking to online. I'd do it all again in a heartbeat
