I think this is coming to an end.

Didn't realise it was being streamed.

(Sadly not-great quality) video up on Women's Liberation Radio News Facebook:

Looks like a great event. So happy to see my fellow Americans organizing IRL---and the solidarity with British and Canadian women! Thank you Linda, Meghan and Posie for coming to the USA, and to the steadfast women of WoLF for organizing!

Sorry about the broken link. It was all bit late and I must have only copied part of it. Blush

When I first saw the photo it somehow seems they were on the deck of Starship Enterprise, and had a vision of them hovering over New York to confuse the woke protestors and being beamed down into the library.

Did it go well. Have only found time now to go back online.

But so good they went ahead.

And in fact a very diverse panel ie Linda Bellos with her history of Black activism and socialism (well Labour Party) through to PP a non party, non aligned individualist!

Seems to have gone really well! The video and sound quality are not the greatest but it's worth watching. I especially enjoyed the audience Q & A, Meghan's deadpan one-liners, Linda's exhortation to "revive the women's liberation movement," Posie's whole speech and Libby's whole speech. I wasn't familiar with Libby before watching this but will have to go look up her work now.

Really hoping 2020 is the year the tide begins to turn in the USA. Oh, there is a nice shout-out in this event (I think from Natasha Chart; can't remember) to UK women leading the way, and a BIG round of applause for you all. Star Star Star
