Good to see an increasingly wide range of voices become aware of some of our FWR concerns, and start speaking up.

I used to work with Gavin, this doesn't surprise me. He is very conservative, religiously and socially. I disagree with him on many many issues - but he's dead right on this. The catholic bishops haven't fallen down the woke rabbit hole - generally rubbish on lots of stuff IMO (I used to be a RC) but again, right on this. We live in interesting times.

When you refuse to automatically dismiss or accept views just because they come from a person you (don't) approve of then that's critical thinking.

Part of his focus seems to be trans guidance given to CofE schools. The Church is an important stakeholder in British education. Perhaps a body Safe Schools Alliance might lobby? Though judging from this article they might not get much traction.. ..yet.
