The penises at Penis News have covered a campaign to get Glinner nominated as dick of the year (which is a feature on channel 4's Last Leg), for his evil work supporting women's rights. A concerted effort by the usual suspects followed.

They built an entire political strategy around "no debate" & never having to justify the bat sh't craziness & harm to women their demands entailed.

But you kept challenging all the things they couldn't defend & helped force a debate.

So take it as a compliment.

Frankly who cares about their child like behaviour, they do not even have the sense to realise that if they shine publicity on Glinner then people who do believe in rational debate may listen to him. We have nothing to fear from this issue being publicized, lets get it out in the open, look at what happened to Jo Swinson.

I take it you've missed the well-documented language that Glinner uses towards women who disagree with him on Twitter then? And it's not just isolated examples, it happens over and over again. The man's a massive hypocrite when he complains about people insulting women. He really needs to look in a mirror.

Looking at the responses, I've been conditioned to see a cartoon girl avatar and expect, well, let's say a very specific viewpoint. This one didn't disappoint!

The a Last Leg are pretty switched on. They will be smart enough to sense that the tide will soon turn on this issue, I would think.

When the Father Ted musical comes to Ireland it's going to be a total success and will sell out there's no doubt about it.
These people underestimate how loved he is here and are so caught up in their echo chamber to realise most people won't know what they are protesting for.

If I saw people protesting a Father Ted musical I'd probably assume it was something to do with being upset because they thought it was mocking Catholicism. The general public isn't going to give a fuck what Glinner says on Twitter when considering whether or not to buy tickets to a musical.

I'd be really annoyed if some jumped up little scroat ruined my night out that I'd paid good money for.

Like most TRA actions it would primarily inconvenience the working class people who work at the venue doing things like checking tickets and running the cloakroom, and the cleaning staff if they make a mess. Will make no difference at all to Glinner other than possibly as free publicity.

Glinner is a bloody hero. When I think of all the men in public life who could have spoken out about this, he's the only one who actually has. And he has absolutely nothing to gain from it.
