can self id and equality law affect on hormone and puberty blocker for kids and school ed?
there's lot of prediction that self id can be abused,
but it feels like there could be opposite effect on
parental right and gender education in school and medical safe guarding for children.

basically 'kids can identify as opposite gender, there's no age restriction for medical change, and in equality law gender identity can be protected every school has to teach that?'

just my thought and i don't know about that clearly.

If you're asking if self ID can coexist with safeguarding then the answer is no.

I don't understand your question. If you're asking about hormones you need to read up on the NHS age restrictions, I'd suggest reading about Dr Webberley and the Susan Evans case too as well as about the Tavistock whistler blowers and the impact of puberty blockers on IQ before cross sex hormones.

Also you use gender and sex on you're OP so I don't know if you mean gender identity or biological sex. No one can change sex obviously.

1.self id=anyone can change gender and birth certification.(=legal sex?) without any medical change.
2.but anyone can self id means kids can do that too without parental doctors consent.

Ok so

1. Only people passed by the panel can get a GRC and then change their legal documentation. No medical treatment or surgeries is required for this.
2. Children cannot get a GRC
3. Kids can self ID as in they can self ID as a goldfish. Some say children can suffer from gender dysphoria and parents may or may not seek out medical advice, children need parental consent for medical treatment (under 16 I think it is but it might be different for the contraceptive pill)
4. Yes there are age restrictions on prescribing puberty blockers and cross sex hormones - I know what they are but I suggest you look them up
5. Schools are not teaching 'gender' to help kids find out who they are - the compulsory education that starts in the UK next year is not about that, in fact is it quite different. Again I suggest more reading. You can look up the National curriculum online and ask local schools what their approach will be if you have a child at school I suggest you talk to the head teacher.

Self ID is not law in the Uk. For further info I suggest you read around this board and do more research online.

A bit more about new legislation for English schools.

From September 2020 it'll be compulsory for English primary schools to teach Relationship Education and for pupils to attend - you can't withdraw your DC. It'll also be compulsory for English secondary schools to teach Relationship and Sex Education, though you can withdraw DC from the sex part.

Curricula for these aren't included in the National Curriculum. Schools have to devise their own in consultation with parents. Teaching materials being offered to schools heavily feature The Genderbread Person and the Allsorts Toolkit and they're strongly recommended by the big teaching union, the NEU.

Schools have to teach the facts about gender - unfortunately, the materials above, IMO, don't. For alternatives, look for Transgender Trend and Safe Schools Alliance. Sadly, there seems to be a significant percentage of teachers who genuinely believe in gender ideology and teach it as fact.
