I can't find the old M & S boycott threads on this fast moving board but was interested to see under this DM article that some of the top rated comments included criticisms of their sparkly mixed sex changing rooms - M & Sleaze indeed as someone else commented on another thread.

FFS, missed that one too about JL.

Where does actually respect their female customers???!

Any company that's been Stonewalled is likely to be implementing anti women / misogynistic policies. So that's going to be a huge majority unfortunately.

Body shop stopped stonewalling a few years back. They have no dealings with them now. I asked.

There are lots of opportunities to talk about the sexist shops, on the run up to Christmas. I usually throw in a comment about how disappointing it is that I can’t shop in M&S, JL or whatever shop the client, friend or stranger is most likely to frequent due to their unisex changing rooms making me feel uncomfortable. One they ShockConfused and ask what I mean, I gently explain or go into rant mode depending on the person. It’s a joy to behold, watching the horror on their faces.

I was briefing staff for a work event later in the week and asking them to arrange drinks and food.

‘I can just pop to M&S and get everything’ one foolish member of staff said (she obviously hasn’t been listening...)

Noticed they have changed how their reviews are displayed on the website.

They are now squashed into a sidebar ( of shame) and have to be clicked on individually to read the whole review.

And no longer male/female.

Someone has been told to get rid of the evidence......

Uncompromisingwoman · 13/12/2019 15:43

I know that the Sun noticed it.

But surely, if you insist that men must be able to use the lingerie changing rooms while a woman is getting a bra fitting after her mastectomy, why would you be worried about being open that men with fetishes try on your underwear?

Chilling to think that he'd find it even easier to access women in M & S now (he was arrested in August 2018). Maybe he's one of their customers demanding mixed sex changing rooms - we know women haven't asked for them but someone like him would love them. Hmm
