Sarah Wollaston clearly does not understand the concept of self guarding.

Emily Maitlis gets it. She talks about the law and Sarah Wollaston talks about behaviour.

I would like to see people recognise that the issue is less about ‘poor, victimized trans people’ and more about the law of unintended consequences that will be fully exploited by people who may not be trans but can say they are and can then get away with (figurative and possibly literal) murder.
