Guidance on reporting family annihilation cases

Can anyone find me the guidance that was produced on reporting cases where a man murders his family and then commits suicide? I want to send it to the Metro.
I’ll link to the article, not sure if it’s been shared here before. Warning for upsetting content:metro.co.uk/2019/11/07/dad-beheaded-wife-put-head-on-her-lap-slit-young-daughters-throat-then-killed-himself-11062468/
Thanks!

I think one of the main points of the guidance was to avoid the angle that ‘he always seemed a great guy, a family man’. The message doesn’t seem to have got through.

Maybe it's partly because it appears to be a second-hand rehash of American reports? Which is no excuse whatever - running the story with that headline seems like nasty sensationalism.

That’s it exactly. Thanks, withgraceinmyheart
