Sadly thatdamnwoman it's not a mythical populist right wing government we need to worry about its the current possible left wing woke one that threatens women and lesbians

BickerinBrattle · 28/10/2019 12:46

Women are paid less than men.

In the US, health, including obesity and smoking, are directly tied to income, because unhealthy food costs so much less and because health care itself is so expensive and difficult to access.

It is not surprising that lesbian households would in aggregate have more health issues compared to gay make or heterosexual households — but some of that has to be specific to the US because American healthcare is so very awful. I’m not sure how useful it is for other countries to rely on health studies of American populations for that reason alone.

stealth, I'm afraid I agree with you. The baying mobs are already trying to take down the LGB Alliance - witness some of the horrible slurs Jane Fae recently posted.

Michelleoftheresistance · 28/10/2019 14:00

Maria is seriously going to allocate NHS resources to groupings based on who likes pink and who likes tractors.

God help us. Is there anyone left in Westminster who is actually sane?

BuzzShitbagBobbly · 28/10/2019 14:20

What happens to all the little flowers who register as non-binary then?
Or any of the other sparkly gender options. Cis-pan-trans-demi-ace-whatnot?

What the fuck do you record for them Maria?

IF ONLY THERE WAS A CLEAR WAY, EH?

If I arrive unconscious with a heart attack I want people to use basic common sense and reality, not base treatment on what I'm wearing and the length of my hair, and what that might indicate about my authentic self.

WANKERY. Precious wankery.

Birdsfoottrefoil · 28/10/2019 16:27

Michelle if they don’t consider your SEX then they are not treating you appropriately.

But also why group LGB and T? Each of those letters has a different set of needs.

In a medical context, the T moreso than the others in quite a lot of cases, I'd have thought. It doesnt seem like a good idea for anyone to mix up concepts of sex, sexuality and gender reassignment.

If I arrive unconscious with a heart attack I want people to use basic common sense and reality,

In the (in)famous interview of DrH v Posie Parker, he pretty much said that in reality (as opposed to when he's pontificating on Twitter) he would do exactly that.

Birdsfoottrefoil · 28/10/2019 16:52

T where they are taking hormones and/or surgery, plus mental health issues of gender dysphoria, and the high rates of comorbid mental health difficulties make that two distinct medical groups (male and female). But G and L (assuming G is Male) are also very different from each other.
