The bit where the judgement reports on the discussion as to whether or not Yaniv has male genitals, female genitals or both is well worth a read.

And what the judge concluded...

I was worried about the outcome of this case ... I think the fact some of us believed Yaniv may possibly win speaks volumes about the current state of affairs!

Oh my, they mis-sex Yaniv throughout the judgement, so you get crackers like this:

In five cases, she requested waxing of her scrotum.

Sometimes it's just not necessary to use the correct pronouns.....In fact it absolutely helps that they don't.

Yaniv is going to have to compensate the women Yaniv targeted:

Actually, the judge (or Member) is a rabid transactivist. This must just have been a step too far, ever for her.

The judgement doesn't hold back:

Ms. Yaniv has engaged in a pattern of filing human rights complaints which target small businesses for personal financial gain and/or to punish certain ethnic groups which she perceives as hostile to the rights of LGBTQ+ people.

Phew.
Throughout the case I felt like even though the right judgement was obvious, there was no guarantee.

Thank fuck!! Those poor women. $2000 each isn't enough in my opinion, but this is quite a significant ruling. I sincerely hope it sets a precedence. So glad improper motive was found.

Yaniv refused to confirm whether or not Yaniv had a penis and scrotum, The defense counsel asked that Yaniv submit to a medical examination but the judge refused to allow it, calling it "disproportionate' aka getting to the truth of the matter.

That judgment makes my eyes itch. Constant references to 'her scrotum', but I agree, it makes the point quite succinctly.

Are we allowed to correctly sex Yaniv on Mumsnet, now that Yaniv's "improper motives" (predation, extortion) have been ruled upon?

Yaniv got women to talk to Yaniv about Yaniv's penis and scrotum. We know what sort of person does that.
