I follow Yoga with Adriene, I have for years and do her yoga videos, I also have subscribed to her email newsletters.
So I got one through today where she explains shes redone a video, shes never done it before, but felt she had to as she's 'grown'.
Anyway, she had a video for PMS and menstrual cramps, and she, quite rightly, had labelled it for women, she greeted us as 'hello ladies' and said this one is for the girls.
Well, now that's not good enough, she's refilmed it to remove women and girls from being the main thing and to be inclusive as it's not a woman's issue (menstrual cramps). So to redo it, it's just for cramps, and it's gender neutral language.
With this and Always removing a female symbol from women's towels/pads, today just feels like one of those days....
