CMS failings and trying to find out more

I have just been reading a thread about the behaviour of Warwickshire council and the credentials of the person behind it. That it seems there are no discernible credentials to be found.

Many women have expressed their dire plights in dealings with cms to pursue maintenance from nrps, and this has been the subject of a webchat with the minister, baroness stedman-scott, on this thread

If you review it you will see its not gone well Confused

So I've been trying trying find out who this person is, but literally nothing seems to come up when searched for. How can this person be in such a position with no discernible background? Like they just appeared?

So when I read that other thread which said pretty much the same thing, I thought I'd try here to ask if anyone knows anything atall about this minister who's done such a poor job of helping the whole cms situation.

TIA

It's a good question OP, I love delving deeper into things like this but can't do anything from work sadly.

My first thought was who she is married to or related to?

I couldn't find anything when I searched last night, but thanks for the tip.

Not exactly unbiased!

he was once Chief Executive of Iain Duncan Smith’s think tank, the Centre for Social Justice, a right wing bunch of loons who are believed to be among the chief architects of the Government’s shambolic welfare reforms

It is therefore unlikely that the DWP will take any action against the charity, who have several lucrative sub-contracts for the Work Programme and other Government backed workfare schemes

Well.nice conflict of interest there.
