here: www.kevinmd.com/blog/2019/10/a-physician-is-worried-about-gender-transition-in-pediatrics.html

Also includes a link in the comments section to writing by a woman who went back to her therapist after detransitioning: medium.com/@mariacatt42/talking-about-talking-to-doctors-49778915ed4

I am so glad to see this coming out. No one I talk with in real life seems aware of these issues!! I have had so many arguments with people who seem to think there is nothing wrong with the huge increase of "trans" kids. Thanks for reading. Please share!

and there is more. I am following links from what I found on the previous two articles. Here is one more and then I will go to bed: www.dailysignal.com/2019/10/07/i-spent-a-year-as-a-trans-man-doctors-failed-me-at-every-turn/

Interesting comment below the article
If the tech were to be fixed tomorrow and being a complete man, complete with the possibility for all traditional traditional male sexual activity and even fathering, were to become available, what side would you go?

What response is even possible, to someone who believes that some day a woman will magically be able to morph into a man with a perfect penis, producing fertile sperm?

In those circumstances I would opt to be given wings and the power to grant wishes as this would be just as likely to be able to happen

It does raise an interesting point, though. I've just realised that I never have and could have wanted to be male. Something really must go wrong in someone's childhood for them to not be able to accept 'the real me'.

On the one hand there's the (surely general?) acceptance that, to be happy, one must accept and love yourself. On the other, the new improved view that if you don't want to accept and love yourself as you are then you change yourself into the exact opposite, as that might make you happy. It's a mind-fuck. :(
