Only scanned quickly but so far seems they are using the word “women” & not the dreaded “people who identify as female”

Later on in the guidelines it says “identifies as female”

Fgs! Those women know how hard it still is to make it as a female theatre writer and yet they happily handover the little space we have to “people who identify as female”
