I should know this, but I'm being lazy and asking you on-the-ball women.
I just stayed in a student hall of residence (cheap B&B in an expensive city). Basic but OK - I use this sort of accommodation a lot. Except that this time, the nearest lavatory/shower facilities were designated mixed sex. The cubicles were not secured floor to ceiling, and indeed, the shower cubicles had no latches.
At first, I assumed that it was only women/girls on the corridor, but found that that was not the case when I bumped into a mild-mannered young man who was almost as discombobulated as I was.
I didn't have any issues, but that is not the point, is it?
I was only there one night, so didn't ask to be moved (although I should have). But I want to give them some feedback about what I think is the probable illegality of the set up.
Can you give me pointers on chapter & verse of the law about this? I'm assuming most of the summer vacation guests were over 18 - I can't remember if this makes a difference.
Thanks in advance.
