Let me what's so wrong with Stonewall?

I try as best I can to follow the current trans and women's rights issues - I think I'm fairly clued up. I've been waiting for these issues to crop up at my 'right on' (global, corporate) workplace and lo and behold last week I saw them declare that they were looking to partner with Stonewall.
From reading these threads I've picked up on 'stonewall bad' but if I'm going to challenge this at work I need something more concrete to use. Can anyone advise me? Or offer any advice on how to approach this with work?

Been looking at our council’s equality stuff, apart from conflating sex and gender to the point that their definitions of protected characteristics include ‘sex (gender)’, it seems quite a few education equality targets are evidenced by using the Stonewall’s equality index. This seems to be a huge tool for driving their ideology into school. To get a high score you need to get everyone (staff/students) trained by them. What other political lobby groups get offered this chance to inculcate their ideology into schools like this?

They also have to celebrate the ‘Transgender day of rememberance’ to get points (but not a homosexual day of rememberance or day of rememberance for women, or any other group all of whom have much higher murder rates)

Guess which council comes top??

I just don’t understand why one section seemingly holds all the cards.

One reason (within schools from reading the council stuff) maybe because they also make an effort (at Stonewall’s behest) to record all ‘prejudicial incidents’. There doesn’t seem to be anything about recording such incidents against girls...

Sue it's possible to be well informed and at the same time, need some assistance with the wording for an important conversation, challenge, letter etc. There are some regulars on these boards who do this to a high standard. Not me Grin
