Hilarious! We need more satire like this to show up the woke idiocy of the whole culture.
We really need to get through to youngsters that nobody can change sex, and sexist gender stereotypes should be consigned to history, not held up as proof of mythical trans status.

And we need registered medical professionals performing surgery on these people to do the same.
