What's wrong with this picture?

I used to have short hair and wear make up and now have long hair but don’t wear make up (or heels). Not sure what that makes me, genderfree maybe 🤷🏻‍♀️

None are actually doing any lab work. Where are the pipettes and test tubes. And the PPE. Also they are very very tiny...

They are all white

I have very short hair, always wear trousers and still think that looks like a man. But if others don't then maybe I'm being over sensitive?

But yes, they are all white, there's lots of pink and purple and no one is actually doing anything.

I work in STEM. Haven't worn a lab coat in 20 years. Nor do I wear pink.

Good to see women in STEM.

DD1 works in STEM, has extremely short hair (razored by a barber) and wears very smart made to measure charcoal trouser suits to work. I assumed the character on the ladder was female.

There's no tie on the short haired figure ergo it's female. Probably.
Might wear a tie tomorrow to confuse everyone.

Is it an exam question? It says Q2 at the top?
