Some of the games have been panicked and very physical. This one is a lot better.

My 9 year old DS is watching right now and performed an imitation of Ellen White's victory dance. Nice to see him so full of enthusiasm for a sportswoman.

My DH is also enjoying it and has also commented how good it is to see the lack of histrionics compared to the male game..

A lot of men's football is amazing. I don't think we need to compare them tbh. The women's game is evolving but it's a different game.

It's a shame but throwing away a 3 nil lead is sloppy.

It's traditional for Scotland to grap defeat from the hands of victory. My children are learning a hard lesson tonight about being a Scottish football fan. Luckily for them they live in England so can still celebrate.

England made that hard work in the second, but I'll take that. Gutted for Scotland, but didn't see it do dunno what went wrong apart from the penalty.
