If actual sex transition was possible: the transitioning person would still be themselves in every way, just with different biology. (See writers such as Miranda Yardley who describe this: Miranda is Miranda, it was the biology causing body dysphoria.)

It isn't about body dysphoria, its about fetishization of some inner vision of 'forbidden' behaviours and experiences, mostly drawn straight from tv and film, and in this individual's case, apparently Shirley Temple films. It's not in any way female, it is playing out fantasies. Which is fine, but go do that in your own time, in your own space and stop trashing women's rights because you don't have the honesty to understand and own your own needs and desires, and you have no empathy or respect for women.

There is a tiny glimmer of hope in there when medameg says 'what a sad vapid reduction of womanhood, you are the reason *** exist' (not sure I can use the acronym on here) I also don't know a single actual woman who acts that way either so it's a fetish based on a fantasy.

'Location target error' is all I can think of. These guys want to be the thing they are attracted to. Its a mental condition I get that, but I cant help feeling the narcissm jumping out at me from the page.
Narcissm is never appealing as it totally destroys someones capacity to relate or empathise with others. Probably explains a lot about the situation we are in. Well that and misogyny.
