Talking about, and presenting something as if it is an inevitable, everyday, normal reality.The Guardian/Observer and The BBC already do this.

The organisation has been shuffled about a bit but I had a memorable interview with a part of it many years ago for a rather well paid job, during which I realised that they didn’t need my sort of skills and experience at all. The interviewers (a panel ) had no idea about the content or demands of the role at all. I spent the rest of my time with them re specifying the job for them and making some phone calls to likely candidates, more junior and with specific technical skills. I also pointed out that they didn’t need to pay anything like as much as they were budgeting.

So this doesn’t surprise me at all :/

Was just hoping one of us might go for it and somehow turn the tide of craziness and sort the bs out. But prob a bit much to ask given the loony nature of the role 😉

This is terrifying isn't it. Someone being employed to normalise the new weird lingo (and the concepts that ubderpin it) in a organisation like this.

@newtlover I've never been such a balance mixed of pleased and horrified as when my dad said someone on telly reminded him of me and after much discussion it turned out it was Siobhan Sharpe and he didn't realise it was a mockumentary 😂
