On the back of lots of us writing to Joanna Cherry and to Joan McAlpine (plus others who support and care about children and self-identification). Please can we send Lord Moonie some postcards and letters to show support for him standing for women and girls. I think it helps and it also shows those who visit his office that he has support. I know Joan and Joanna both festooned their offices with cards.

Also, anyone else who was supportive. Even the people who turned up for the meeting. If anyone knows who, then we can add them to the list,

Good idea.

MockerstheFeManist · 17/05/2019 12:54

Baron Moonie of Bennochy in Fife to scum like you.

loveyouradvice · 17/05/2019 13:14

How brilliant - totally agree and will do today.

I havent done Joan and Joanna - what address do I use for them?

2BthatUnnoticed · 17/05/2019 13:57

Yes will do. I think he’s awesome. Labour has totally lost the plot.

SisterWendyBuckett · 17/05/2019 14:28

Fantastic idea - done.

KatvonHostileExtremist · 17/05/2019 16:52

Oh yes! He's great

ChattyLion · 17/05/2019 19:15

Nice idea! Will do that this weekend.

Redshoeblueshoe · 18/05/2019 23:08

Great idea. I'll do it tomorrow

bettybeans · 19/05/2019 00:20

Absolutely will. He's a breath of fresh air. He's bluntly unapologetic about his opinions on this and I've come to adore him for that. I don't want to be ageist but there's something fucking brilliant about a man of his age "getting it" like he does. I like that he has bothered his arse to listen and reach opinions on it when most of his peers (quite literally) wouldn't have the inclination to put themselves in the firing line like he has.

lightingseeds · 19/05/2019 01:02

Don't worry, the future of the Labour Party is in safe hands

Moonie. Send him some postcards and letters of thanks.
bettybeans · 19/05/2019 01:09

When is it going to be ok to just come out and say that Madigan is a totally inept arsehole? (Not a gendered slur where I come from MNHQ, just in case you think I'm being unacceptably mean) What are they so afraid of?

Redshoeblueshoe · 19/05/2019 01:17

As a Mancunian I can see that LM has the 🐝 knee's
Surprisingly women still have the vote. I know how I'll use mine
