I've just received this via the Family Courts petition. It looks interesting on many fronts.

Since starting this petition, we have had numerous comments and witnessed for ourselves, examples where parents in the Family Court process claim they have encountered poor practice, bullying & harassment, bias, report evidence being excluded, poor assessments and a general lack of natural justice throughout the process.
Some state they’ve tried to complain and have hit brick walls, or they are too afraid to complain, even to the appropriate regulatory body, due to the fear of retribution and / or being held in contempt of court for doing so.
The All Party Parliamentary Group (APPG) on Whistleblowing in Westminster recognise the importance of being able to raise genuine concerns safely. They are calling for a strengthening of Whistleblower rights and protection through the creation of an official ‘Office For The Whistleblower’.
They state ‘The system of regulators operating within their sectors without co-ordination, control and, crucially, independent oversight to ensure proper accountability, is simply not working well enough to deliver just outcomes.’
