For anyone worried about protestors don't be. The two meetings I went to they were only at one but I do understand it feels intimidating.

I walked straight through them at the Oxford meet, no problem. They were just a bunch of young, shouty student types.

I don't generally carry ID (long past the age of getting asked!) Will bank cards suffice for verification does anyone know? I'll have to dig out my passport or driving licence if not and that could take some time!

i don't know, I have my driving licence anyway as we hired a car last week in Spain.

I can't see why a - the ticket and b - a bank card wouldn't suffice if in the same name.

I can't believe I will [hopefully] meet Transposers are posers. How will I know you? I might wear a sprig of rosemary or mint in my lapel. Mint smells better and i do believe Minty is coming [homage].

I very much hope that I do meet you sackrifice - and any other mumsnetters in attendance. I never did make it to any of the London meet ups, and always like to put a face to a name. I shall look out for a sprig of some description and come and introduce myself.

There are no lapels on my jacket to attach anything to, unfortunately. But I'll be the short, plump, middle aged woman with the slightly worried expression, if that helps?

I'm normally a lurker, re-registered last week after becoming concerned that my account was linked to my very revealing email address. Had been a member for well over 10 years.

I shall be coming along tonight with my teenage daughter, her first experience of this sort of thing, and mine for over thirty years. Can't believe that we are going backwards and fighting for basic rights again. Looking forward to it.
